For the past 17 years, I have been a faithful customer with US Cellular, and have always been extremely satisfied with my service. It wasn't until I came into the newly (and beautifully) renovated ANW Wireless a few weeks back to upgrade one of my lines that I had, hands down, the BEST customer service experience in all of those years.
The young lady who waited on me, Natalie, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and superbly efficient in what she was doing. Any questions I had she answered them without hesitation, not to mention she was more than happy to walk me step by step through the process of setting up the phone from the first few moments.
However, this is not an isolated occurrence. I have called in and visited the store numerous times since my encounter with the Assistant Manager (Natalie), and every time the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and above all else super personable. When going to corporate in LaVale, I always feel like I am a burden to the employees, however I am always greeted with positive energy and smiles here at home.
I would greatly advise everyone to stop in and see this awesome staff with any questions, and to publicly say thank you to Natalie and her team for being so courteous and helpful! Read moreI was very disappointed with the customer service that I received in this store. The assistant manager, Natalie, was friendly on my first visit. I wasn't receiving text messages and had multiple dropped calls. She replaced my SIM card. However, at the same time that she did that another phone on our line quit working (no signal, texts, or data). She swore that there was no way she could have done it, and that she didn't even touch the other line but the US Cell Helpline explicitly stated that the problem occurred when she reset my SIM. When my phone started having the same issue, I returned to have my phone fixed. I explained what was happening again, and she remembered me. She did deny that she had caused any problems with the phones and had to ask her associates the answers to my questions. Eventually, she became irritated and said that someone else would have to wait on me. She said, "I have to get this done before I screw it up." She was unpacking a box.
I am now in the processing of purchasing a new phone. I am making it a point to let the kind man that she pawned me off on have my sales. I thought that her behavior was very unprofessional, especially for someone who works in customer service. I imagine we were the customers most people dread having to deal with. We didn't know our Google passwords offhand, we weren't sure of what we wanted to get, etc. But with help from the US cellular staff we were able to get everything dealt with easily. Not only that, but our service agent Levi was friendly, conversational and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and how to help two older people who arent that great with electronics.
