We attended the weekend oyster roast and bbq at Mingo Point the Saturday before Labor Day. Besides having wonderful food , a market, and fun games for the children, you could stroll of the beautiful grounds. It's a beautiful place to visit. I went there with my son of a field trip and it was so peaceful. They have a nature program that shows you reptiles and other creatures that are out there. And talk about the plant life. It's a nice place that I'm going to take my kids there on a...

Nice view for sunset, long view across the marsh. Easy to get to from Kiawah or Seabrook. Hardly anybody there on a Saturday evening in September. Plenty of parking and places to pull off and sit in your car or on some lawn chairs. Many rockers scattered about if you don't have your own chair.

Went fishing with Mike and had an amazing time! Saw dolphins and caught some sharks. Mike was super knowledgeable and friendly and you could do as little or as much as you wanted with the fishing. Would highly recommend.
