I didn't even go! I'll give an honest story. I had a prior engagement that ran way over. Earlier the owner said to contact him if I need to reschedule but there would be a fee. So I called him to let him know I was running late. I was 15 mins away. Unforately I got lost and I rerouted to where I started. He called to ask where I was. I apologized informed him I'm still at my location but I'm trying to get there.
It went downhill from there. When I tell you he had an attitude. It was a really freaking big attitude. I apologized and asked if he can just reschedule me.
"well no I can't reschedule. and it's a fee"
so i tell him I know but its fine because I know you have group that is waiting. I don't want to hold anyone up.
He just insist he can't reschedule. no reason provided, so I quickly added well I am on route now. Then click, he hangs up on me!
I understand I was late but I was trying to find a way to be reasonable. If today wasn't a day to reschedule inform me. Tell me I have to move to another day, something! He was completely rude and gave no attempt to try to assist me. That is not how you treat customers and that is not a way to provide good service. I wasn't even clear if I should show up or not since he hung up abruptly with no clarification.
My boyfriend got me there but I told him to forget it and keep driving!

Read moreVisited this place today. Absolutely the most rude and ignorant owner!! Treated my family and guests horribly and embarrassed a couple of family members . I am beyond mad that I even took them there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It is obvious by your response that you know exactly which customer you embarrassed because I did not mention the point of embarrassment in my initial review. Your behavior was inexcusable, what a gentleman you are treating a woman like that. I guess you weren't so worried about your horses because you allowed the young woman to ride while you continued to embarrass her about her weight by apologizing to the horse "Charlotte" in front of everyone. Shame on you! I think your behavior was pathetic.
Additional response to owners comment below...Again, you could have pulled the young lady aside, obviously this was embarrassing for her as she was shocked by your scale. You didn't need to demoralize her, let her ride a horse and then apologize to the horse in front of others as she was sitting on the horse. You are a mean individual. Read moreMy family of 5 had a wonderful time and will definitely go back if we return to the area. We visited July 1st, 2018. We were running late because of getting lost and called immediately to let them know. They stated that we were making others wait but never mentioned anything about not being able to ride when we got there. I explained that we were almost there and asked if it was still possible to ride. They honored and took care of us when we arrived. We apologized to the couple that waited on our 10 minute tardiness. The owner was very poignant about rules, etc....rightfully so. People need to respect the business and times of others. Things happen, but it is our responsibility as customers to hold up our end, too. We did not show up with attitude, we were humbled because of our tardiness and were grateful that they still allowed us to ride. With all of that being said, our youngest daughter was afraid to ride at first but quickly got comfortable and really enjoyed her riding experience. We all enjoyed Kelly and Debbie as they talked with us the entire ride. They are very knowledgable and really demonstrate the love of what they do.
