I rented a unit for storage during our downsize and move. My unit was broken in to by a guy that had previously broken it to other units. The police department in Kiefer was very helpful in locating some of our property. Adam the property manager was very helpful as well. However the insurance company they use is horrible. If you decide to rent from them or any storage facility make sure you take pictures of everything that is in the unit. I also advise getting your own rental insurance on the unit as what they provide is very limited. The insure company was provided an entire video of the items taken from my unit and they were still very rude and said I had no “proof” that the items were taken. After 3 months I still have not received the settlement check and the amount they are “supposed”to be sending does not even come close to the amount of things...

This facility is a joke! They failed to do a proper inspection of my unit prior to me moving my stuff in! I rented a unit, and the door came off the tracks when I was trying to close it!

Once I told them about it, they tried to put me in another unit after I just moved all of my belongings into my unit and refused to even help me move them!

In alternative, they put this red combination lock on my door for maintenance and gave me the code to it. The lock is jammed and it literally took me dealing with 4 different customer service representatives to get it removed! They don’t even have staff on site during business hours to even help you!

Great customer service combined with excellent pricing, thorough communication of all policies, quick over the phone account setup. since setting up the account ive been to the storage facility which is very well maintained , well lit at night and lots of cameras which was very reassuring of the safety of my belongings! I would encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to check them out as they were the most reasonably priced...
