As I live in cove and work in Florence I would stop here 3-4 times a week easily but today I had the worst experience as a customer ever, I went in to get a Dr pepper and $40 of gas. I get to the counter and tell the cashier I wanted $40 on pump 4, transaction goes smooth and I go outside to put the gas in my vehicle, I get out there and the $40 is not loaded onto the pump, so I go back inside to let them know and that same cashier starts arguing with me saying that I told him pump 8 which I did not so the shift manager comes over and looks through the register transactions and because the cashier originally had to void the transaction before redoing it the shift manager was able to see that it was indeed originally pump 4 so I'm thinking that's it and I wouldn't have any more issues but then the cashier and his little buddy the other cashier started accusing me of going out and moving my vehicle saying I was out there 10 minutes when I was maybe out there 2 minutes, long enough to find out he didn't load the gas up on the pump. Wish I could rate this place zero. The bum on night shift closed and locked the doors because he was mopping refusing to let customers in the store. Freezing and cold outside this man told paying customers that they could not enter the store. This man should be fired! If all other shifts can keep the doors unlocked while mopping this shift/employee should be able to do the same. He is an embarrassment to that company and should be held accountable. The only store with a huge coffee bar, but some one decided to take away all the creamers and sweetners. All they offer is sugar and powder cream. This is what a call Penny Wise and Dollar Dumb. Trying to save a little money but lost customers like me who spend money there for food, gas in personal vehicles as well as company and of course where I use to get my coffee.
