Chinese Massage — Local services in Kingman

We were looking for someone to help my husbands lower back pain and found this place - open on a Saturday and with hours we could work with. Called and could not understand person on the phone. Asked whether they do deep tissue massage - response totally not understandable, but said $50.00 for one hour. Thanked her and hung up. Husband goes there around 3:00.....comes home with a charge ticket of $65.00.....okay, can live with that. But, husband had a bad feeling about her, so asked me to watch his account. A couple of days go by, nothing. I have fairly low fraud alerts set on most of our cards from a previous fraud on one of my cards. Sure enough, this morning (mind you, my husband returned to Texas yesterday to work, so he's not even physically HERE right now), I get an email from his credit card company for a $125.00 charge (above and beyond the $65.00). I called my husband immediately and told him to call the fraud line for his credit card which he did and they have stopped the payment pending the investigation. I intend, once I receive the paperwork from his credit card company, to make a copy of ALL of it and take it down to the Kingman police department. I know it's only $125.00, but she has likely done this to other people too who maybe didn't notice right away. Set your fraud alerts low, people. Especially if you're dealing with someone like this who kept my husband's card information and just helped herself to more than she deserved. By the way, lousy massage as well. This woman does not do a good job. Husband actually felt worse within the next couple of days and told me to make sure people knew to stay the heck...

Her name is Lucy, she does not speak English. If you want to communicate with her use a translation app on your smart phone. The place is not sketchy or dirty, she keeps it very clean and changes the sheets after every massage. Massages are great. She’s very attentive to the sore muscles and she does like a tip at the end. Appointments are difficult due to the language barrier so just show up and know if there is a car in the parking lot she’s probably busy. Lucy is very traditional. I just wanted to say that if this place is not what you were looking for, then you should of done your homework instead of putting the place on blast. Loose lips sink ships. Don't be a Karen. If it's not your cup of tea then don't drink it. For those that are going to run their mouth and criticize me, go ahead, I couldn't care less about your opinion. Let law do it's job.
