We just got our swingset! It took about 4 1/2 weeks after ordering and was set up today. Shawn, the installer was very nice and professional. He arrived on time and confirmed with me the night before he was to arrive. Spencer ( I believe the owner) was wonderful:) he called me several times this week to confirm that our swingset was in and available for install. He even called to make sure the installer had touched base with me, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and I could tell he valued our business and cared that we were happy. Linda at the store was so sweet and so friendly. She really helped us pick the perfect swing set and I found the whole experience pretty smooth. The quality of the swing set is great! Ordered a swing set, took 6 weeks for install. Estimated 4 but that’s ok.

Day of install I noticed broken pieces installed and screws sticking out 1/4” on the rock wall.

Fixed the screws myself but talked to the company about replacing the broken ladder piece.

4 months later, endless phone calls, unanswered texts. I resorted to contacting the owner but that hasn’t gone far.

$6,500 dollar price tag, I figured I would get a better service.

I do not recommend this...
