Wicked C.A.S. — Local services in Kingston

TLDR: Initially brought my Supra to a person I thought was reputable, but ended up hacking my Supra and cutting every corner possible. I then saved money over the course of a coupe years. I brought my torn up Supra to Wicked CAS and they rejuvenated my car into something valuable. 5/5! Go to Wicked CAS if you want it done right.

The people: I have only had the pleasure to meet and interact with Naz, Pat, and Andre. All three are very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional.

Naz is the type of person that after a 5 minute conversation, it feels like you have known him forever. His professionalism and charismatic personality makes every interaction smooth. He tells you everything up front and straight forward. He gives you all of the options and scenarios, but you have the choice in the matter with no pressure in any decision. If you ask for Naz' advice, he will give it to you without attempting to sell you things that aren't necessary.

Pat is a pretty cool dude and I absolutely enjoyed every conversation I had with him. He is extremely knowledgeable; his skills are exactly what you seek when you want someone to work on your car (he's seriously meticulous!); he is very professional and well spoken. He knows a Supra inside and out with ease. His knowledge about Supra's is impressive. I studied Supra's for a little over a decade and he knew far more than me.

Andre is another awesome person. He has a great personality, easily approachable, and very knowledgeable. He made my old dirty chipped paint coat look like a mirror! My hood had some severe dents in it due to a storm, but he made the glaring dents look much more subtle. I honestly didn't think anyone could restore the exterior to my Supra without having to repaint and order a new hood. Truly a skilled and valuable person!

Overall experience: I never once had a bad interaction with anyone from Wicked CAS, nor have they did anything without my knowledge. Super happy, couldn't be more pleases! I had gone into Wicked C.A.S with a general idea of what I wanted and a clear understanding of the level of performance I was expecting. Nazar sat with me in one of my other vehicles that I wanted to match or exceed the level of audio performance.This gave him a great baseline to work from of what types of music and the sound and bass levels I liked. I knew I would be replacing factory amp, head unit, Dash, door rear and adding a dedicated sup with new amp.

We decided to go with Kenwood eXcelon vehicle specific fit speakers all around. Why this review is 5 stars. Service - from first engagement to installation and finally tweaking and tuning the system, simply outstanding! No hard pressure sales, certainly they recommended products, but it was after sitting and listening to my other system, music likes and a bit of a conversation. Nazar matched the product to my taste to ultimately delivered a awesome product that I'm enjoying Price - I didn't shop around a lot, however, I would have been foolish if I didn't check prices elsewhere, he was right in line with the BIG internet guys. I can't thank Wicked C.A.S. enough for creating this custom enclosure for my 2021 M5 Competition. The craftsmanship is beyond impressive – it looks like it came straight from the factory, an OEM+ quality that truly stands out. The fitment is perfect, and the enclosure blends seamlessly with the interior.

The performance is equally incredible. The JL 10w3v3-2 subwoofer, paired with the JL JD 500/1 2ohm amp and MATCH 10 AMP/DSP, delivers surprisingly strong bass. One 10" subwoofer is more than enough for my needs. A bit of time alignment to match the rest of my speakers, and my setup is absolutely golden.

Wicked C.A.S. also provided outstanding support over the phone, guiding me through the proper installation of the subwoofer without damaging the enclosure. Their helpful advice was invaluable, especially since I wasn't used to working with fiberglass material.

The packaging was a pleasant surprise as well. The enclosure was foam-sealed and securely protected, making its way across the United States to California without a hitch. The creative packaging solution, including the unique use of a trash bag, added to the uniqueness. I had mentioned to my mom how I thought it might be wrapped in a trash bag, and to my surprise, it was. We had a good laugh about it. Love it!
