Hoo Motors — Local services in Kiowa

I live in Washington State, but for a couple different reasons I bought a 2003 Tahoe for my daughter from Hoo Motors, sight unseen. I talked and emailed Bret, and through pictures and our conversations made a deal to buy it. I flew in to Denver, got an Uber to Kiowa, and they were all ready for me. After inspecting it in person, it looked great! Just as described. Tarah had all the paperwork ready for signatures. They are both nice as pie. I was going to tow a trailer back to Washington, and I told them my hitch got confiscated at airport security! Bret said, "I think I have one", and sure enough he did and gave it to me. One less thing! I drove to Estes Park, picked up a U-haul trailer and a large engine and transmission (4wd works!), and headed back home. The Tahoe drives great. A couple little bugs that were easy fixes. My daughter LOVES it! Success. Dad's a hero. Thanks again...

I just had the best EVER experience buying a truck at Hoo Motors in Kiowa. JP was OUTSTANDING!!!! No games, no gimmicks and no pressure AT ALL. He's such a nice guy. I felt like I was pressuring him so I could buy the truck. 😂😂 The asking price was spot on with carfax. For the first time EVER, a dealership offered me exactly what my trade in was worth with ZERO lowballing. He also accommodated my EXTREME requests on prepping my trade in and new truck. The previous owners were classic old school car salesmen. The new ownership is rewriting the book on purchasing a vehicle. Best experience for me and I can't recommend Hoo Motors enough. Owner is really nice and will pretty much get anything you want but out of many great experiences I'm sure, we got the bad one... Made a deal to trade vehicles and other off road vehicles for a truck and the day we went to do the paperwork​he informed us he sold it already. That's, in my opinion, horrible service and to top it off he didn't follow through with his promise to find something similar but "better" because of the circumstances. Also if you're gullible or easily manipulated, you'll get what you get. Be cautious but three stars is because I will say their vehicles and ability to trade anything are great! I would buy from them but be educated...
