The lady who sold us our chicks recommended we watch "The Private Life of Chickens" on youtube since this would be our first experience with raising chickens. I assumed this would be education about coops, how to raise chickens, etc. Not at all. It was a documentary exploring the social life and intelligence of chickens, how they act with eachother, and how they each have their own distinct personalities. I think her intent was to give me a new perspective on chickens and this documentary surely did just that. I watched it and it was very wholesome. I've been going to this feed store for almost 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience with them. I was going all the way to Flagler to get my chicken feed yes I pay a little more for the feed but I can get my horse grain there also and just about everything else that I need for my animals.
