I wanted to give this guy a chance! He fixed my Grandsons game about a year ago. Of course he took his time but he got it done! Took my Grandsons game to him a week ago and he told me he would have it done in two days, ok cool! Go in two days, he tried to turn it on and it still wouldn’t connect and it wasn’t fixed. So, for three days he kept saying he was going to fix it, he’s super busy! Still trying to give him a chance, I told him I would be there the weekend! He called Saturday saying he knew what it was and would have it done by Monday! Go pick up my Grandsons game, still not fixed “because he didn’t have time” and now it’s not even turning on! Took my Grandsons game to a more reputable repair shop and they informed us that this guy burned out the mother board! So the game is ruined! If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I remember going here one day asking about my computer and to have Windows 10 installed on it. The guy (I don't know what his name was) told me that my 2007 Dual Core processor was one of the best around. Even though I did some research and saw that it basiclly has no vaule today. And they also told me they installed a year of a antivirus, even though they only got me a free trial period which was a huge ripoff. I don't feel safe with bringing my phones or tablets here. Who knows what kind of expirements they do on them. Who knows what they might do next. They might as well have said that your old 98 Windws has better graphics then Windows 7. I had a iPhone 12 Pro Max, my phone needed a update and I updated it. Once the update was complete the phone would not power on, just the Apple logo would show up. I took the phone to Apple first that was a whole day at Apple iykyk…🙄 they tried to fix it said it was going to be 600$ to take it apart and have a technician look at it. So I ended up here with electronics r us. I took my phone in long story short Terrance had my phone fixed. Great quality work, and thanks for not charging me an outrageous price also, thanks for the phone case. I would recommend this business...
