Horrible customer service from James. He is extremely rude and stuck in his ways. I almost wanted to say racist, but I witness him being rude to a lot of customers. My first time I washed a blanket in one of the machines and it did not drain. The machine was not overloaded, and half way full because I like my blanket to have a lot of room to wash. I called and explained I was a customer and one of the machine did not properly wash. He instantly said it was my fault without even asking what happened. When he arrived I spoke to him and introduced myself, however, he ignored me. I then asked excuse me sir are you Mr. James? He replied, “who do you want me to be?” I once again ignored his lack of respect for others and begin to show him the washer. Ultimately, I had to plead for him to come to a mutual respectful resolution because he wanted to argue instead of fixing the issue. He finally gave me my $3.25 back with a 20 minute lecture on how he would do it again and I could go somewhere else to wash. From here he didn’t put up a sign to tell others to not wash a blanket in that particular machine so others will not know. Although the machines are not the best, and you are charge .25 cent for 4 minutes of drying, it will be Mr.James lack or professionalism, racist tone, and no understanding of decorum that will keep the negative reviews coming. Praying for him. I will be sure to take a picture of the machine that doesn’t properly operate so that no one else has...

Typically is clean and cool and a rather pleasant way to spend washing your laundry. They never have any bleach in the vending though. Also wanna advise be SURE to have your laundry OUT before 7:30p. I know it says that they close at 8p but if you are not out by then the man gets very VERY rude. I actually felt as though he was being rather rash made me feel belittled by the judgmental comments when he ran me out of the place at 7:48pm and I only had 5 mins left on the dryers. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.... lot of broken machines.... Dirty... Becareful 2 dryers seem to catch on clothes and causes small holes.. Has a current sign on door " WE ARE DISINFECTING NIGHTLY" I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT! Brought neighbor here 2 days ago still in the same spot this place is Absolutely Disgusting!! Told my neighbor from this point on were going to either Lumberyon or Silsbee I refuse to come back...
