I signed up for the classic and volume training with Bekkah it was amazing. The first day consisted of us reviewing material ( she previously sent over material for me to familiarize myself with) and then we jumped right into classic lashing Bekkah is very clear with her training and hands on and very encouraging. The second day consisted of Volume training both days Bekkah kept her focus and attention on me and prioritized the training on her and I working together without any distractions. Bekkah provided live models for both days so I could not only have verbal training, mannequin training , but live hands on training with a real person to learn how to engage and analyze a client to give them the best lash experience. bekkah had me practice how I would take a client and things I would say to make sure the client is getting what they want while me as the professional telling them what would suite their eyes to compliment there overall look. I struggled a bit with the volume but again Bekkah kept encouraging me until I got it it right. She was patient And would always offer to jump in and help.

I left this course feeling knowledgeable in how to properly examine the face in order to offer my expertise on the perfect set. I also am extremely confident in my ability to identify if the lashes are healthy or not and how to convey this to the client for longevity and to provide exceptional service to my future lash babes. Bekkah provided me confidence and a full lashing kit to help jump start my business as one of Orlando’s best lasher.

Outside of the hands on training Bekkah and I discussed marketing strategies, finances, protocols, safety etc. Bekkah always took the time to ask if I had any questions and always asked my consent if I wanted to be filmed or not which I thought was extremely thoughtful.

Overall training was excellent she is very organized and provided a relaxing professional environment. I searched for a long time for quality lash training course and I am glad I went with Bekkah. Initially, I was going to refrain from posting a review about this business, however, Bekah contacted me and asked me about my lashes. As a result, I provided an honest review of the lash service she performed. Short story, I was not pleased with the lashes, I thought after a few days, few washings, I would get used to them, but that did not prove to be the case. She was shown a picture and told not to create a dark lash line. During the service she suggested it would be a great idea to add spikes in the middle of the lashes. What I found frustrating was that the spikes weren't part of the original style I shared with her, and they were uneven, and the lash line was dark. She completely ignored the style. In response to my dislike of the lashes, Behak replied, “ oh ok I completely understand, sorry about that! Thank you for the feedback as well. I hope you have a great day. Take care.” I would advise this business to present a solution to unsatisfied clients if it wishes to retain clients. She did not anticipate my response and probably only contacted me to see if I was interested in a refill. Bekah, has the sweetest spirit! What I love so much about her lash service experience is that she makes sure she understands what you’re looking for. My first appointment I booked a classic set but all of my examples were that of a wispy set. She made sure to understand what I liked about my references so she could make the best recommendation for the style we’d go with. I had zero issues with glue fumes once my service was complete (which I was afraid of because I had one bad experience in the past). And she makes you aware of what she’s doing to your lashes while you’re unable to open your eyes (I.e. some water coming to rinse your lash bath etc.) also I love that she makes sure she cleans your lashes before starting! Some lash techs charge you extra for this which I’ve obliged to because I can never tell whether I’m doing it right so I love that she includes it. I love my wispy sets — the craziest thing is I can never feel the glue on the lash yet somehow after a month I still had some little stragglers holding on lol. Bekah is the best.
