Going to this school as of September 30th 2021 and ever since i started its been a hassel getting my books, also had to wait 1 and a half months to take my first test even though the whole class was ready a month prior to that. The district told us that it wasnt important to the high school students since they dont take it serious, But you do have adults taking courses and they pay for the class out of pocket and it is important to them! Professors are very unprofessional also! They dont even teach you hands on that much its all videos for the whole day, If i would've known that i would've just stood home and teach myself! Also, Whenever i come in late its a "Issue" and i get threatened on getting sent to the office and signing a contract when i clearly stated that i have sleep apnea but they clearly do not care at all! Cant even understand anything my teacher says when he tries to teach us so we have to guess what he's saying and it confuses all of us. They do not care for what's going on at home, they just care for themselves! Also, my professor forces us to take test whenever we Aren't ready and says he will proceed with the test since he has our vouchers anyways and that is totally not fair! We should be able to take a test whenever we are ready but if we are 2-3 weeks late then yeah i understand but we are nowhere near done and hes already talking about putting us in the test and submitting our vouchers. But when we fail the test because we wasnt mentally ready, who will pay for a retake? My Unprofessional professor? No , we will have to pay 250 to retake 1 Test. please get better teachers as these...
Read moreTo begin I loved my professor he is quite literally the most honest professor in this school. His name is Mr.Acosta he is the Applied Cybersecurity teacher and I had the best time in that class I learned a lot from him and not only about cybersecurity but about more in life in general. He is very straightforward with you and he will treat you like an adult, I feel like that’s the best part about him he gives it to you straight. His class could get intense if your not dedicated to wanting to learn but if your motivated then he will know he can see that. The school however I didn’t like at all they don’t treat you like an adult like I am paying for this class with my money… treat me like an adult. I attempted to order food since I didn’t bring any lunch and my brother needed my car the moment it was delivered i grab it and some random women came and took it later i learned she was the assistant principal her name was Dr. Sloan.. I can’t understand why she felt the need to take me food from me but she took it…. she took my mcdonald’s uber eats and said it wasn’t allowed if you know me I am extremely shy and I stood there in disbelief that she just took my food and said I have to pick it up when class was over as if i was a high schooler. I am an adult woman paying for my classes why is this lady taking my food, we are in a college why can I not deliver food. To leave on a good note the front office ladies are the sweetest they were always so kind and...
