⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m very disappointed with my experience at this nail spa. I arrived around 3:20 PM and showed the nail technician a picture of the style I wanted — ballerina shape with French tips. I specifically asked if he could do it, and he said yes. I also asked for the price, and after checking with the owner, she said it was okay.
Unfortunately, the technician clearly didn’t know how to do what I asked. He shaped my nails square instead of ballerina, and the French tip was uneven — one side looked okay, the other didn’t. He kept wiping it off and trying again, wasting a lot of time. I even told him that if he couldn’t do it, I’d rather have someone else take over because I had another appointment.
Eventually, they passed me to a different nail tech who did a much better job. She reshaped the nails to coffin, redid the French tips, and I told her I liked it — but this is what I asked for from the beginning.
After spending almost 2.5 hours there, I missed my eyelash appointment and was charged $75, even though I was originally told a different price. They claimed it cost more because I changed the shape — when in fact, I didn’t change anything. The first tech just didn’t do it right.

Read moreI specifically made an appointment for 2 pedicures ahead of time so they would know to expect us and have technicians ready on time. I confirmed twice with the person on the phone. When we arrived on the day of, there were 4 customers being worked on, and 5 people waiting for a technician to become available. Not a good sign but I didn't think much of it because we'd made an appointment and thought, surely, we'd be prioritized.
Well, we waited half an hour before ONE technician finally became available. I reminded them that I'd made an appointment (for half an hour ago) for TWO pedis, specifically so we'd be getting them at the same time, and asked where the other tech was. (Mind you, the entire time we waited I kept being told "they'll be with you soon, they'll be with you soon, 5 minutes" which was clearly not true.) When they gave me the same excuse about the second nail tech being ready "soon" after it had already been half an hour, we just decided to leave.
We weren't even the only customers to take their business elsewhere due to the wait that day. Another lady walked out shortly before we did, complaining about too many people waiting. What a shame.

Read moreI’ve gone to this nail salon because it’s the most convenient to our house. The last four times (yes, why would I keep going back?! Just hoped for a better experience each time 🤦🏻♀️) have been just exhausting. Their timing is just UNACCEPTABLE. Be prepared to be there a minimum of TWO HOURS no matter the service. Our last visit, my boyfriend and I were one of the first customers as soon as they opened and, being short staffed that early, they asked if we didn’t mind waiting for the next technician while one of us got started. Naturally I went first because I normally do a pedicure AND manicure so we had my boyfriend wait for the next available person. After over TWO HOURS of my boyfriend waiting (mind you, I’m still on my pedicure because even I had to wait) and several new clients coming in and being serviced FIRST, we decided that this would be our last time. All we got was “In sorry. We told you he had to wait.” It was just disrespectful to our time and the lack of communication is ridiculous.
I spoke with one guy and told him they REALLY need to work on their timing. Quit the non-stop chatting amongst coworkers and focus on your customers for once. STOP WASTING OUR TIME!
Not to mention I’ve brought my 5yo with me to do her nails and NO! No discount. She paid just as much as I did for an eighth of a service because she’s so little. WORST...
