Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Well we all know common errors in the fast food game happens right, well in this case i was beyond surprised at the outcome of the errors this location made. Allow me to explain, so i got a order and it was completely made backwards and also missing a few items. Although no matter how busy they were it should not have happened right, but it did and i totally understood it, thats why its called a mistake... Here is where it gets good though, i went back the next day because it was already late the night before and i asked for the manager, i explained what happened he looked over my ticket and offered his apologies and remade the order, as i was explaining the staff surrounded the window and payed close attention to the order so that it would not be wrong again and everyone had the look of sincere and all said they were sorry it happened... That took me away because they all wanted to be sure it was corrected and showed they took their job serious, that amazed me. As a food critic and a restaurant secret shopper and food developer i must say that the service i received here was far better than most 5 star spots i do random pop ups at. Very pleased with the management and the staff on that shift....

I went a Monday Afternoon through drive thru to pick up my order in a rainy day, cashier hand me my order 1 box of 12 tacos and another separate bag of 4 cinnamon twist and I kindly ask her I'm missing chicken quesadilla and she says, is in there! I'm looking in both places she said give me and she went all the way underneath the box of tacos where the chicken quesadilla was placed.... I Said kindly yall should of told me... her reply back was "we not suppose to tell you nothing because you the one who have to look, wow!!! I never never had an awful experience with taco bell like this. that was extremely rude poor customer service i ask other employee for her name and said her name is Kardashian then i said really, what is her name than she said kim then kimmie i requested for a manager and they said that the one that assisted me is the manager... so who ever was MOD that shift refused to come foward also the 12 tacos out of two i request supreme no sour cream on both overall I personally will not be going back to this taco bell at all... for future reference place quesadilla or any Xtra item on top not in the bottom of...

If I could give this location zero stars I would, all the guys who work there make eating here bad. They give you such an attitude especially a chubby guy. I am literally afraid to eat here because not only is the customer service poor but I am afraid they will do something to my food. I wish I knew the name of the chubby guy who looks like he has a birds nest for hair. Disgusting, nasty attitude, the manager needs to clear house and hire people worth having there because it used to be good but now everyone that I there stares at you as you walk in at night and talks bad while you order food. They start talking bad about you while you order food, this is the night crew. They are lazy and before you get sick I would suggest you go somewhere else. I really wish I could have gotten all their names because I was utterly disgusted with their nasty attitudes, I'm serious turn back and go somewhere else not worth going there. They all huddle in a corner to talk about...
