My fiancé and I visited the Knightdale location last week and must say, compared to others this one outshines the rest. Everyone on their staff was so friendly and polite. We mainly dealt with Jahaira, Liliana and Kristina. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and they always made sure we were taken care of and always spoke to us if they saw us/passed by. All of our questions were able to be answered with clear direct answers, with some helpful tips and tricks as well! Their warehouse is immaculate compared to other granite warehouses in the area. Their lighting is top tier, and their wide rows allow for an easy selection process.
Lets break this down, as we visited several granite warehouses:
Greeting/Welcoming. Liliana greeted us with a smiling face and upbeat attitude. She asked us to sign in and offered delicious coffee and fresh baked cookies! ( I had two, they were SO good ) She answered some initial questions and got us set up with our sales rep.
Walkthrough. Jahaira took us out into the warehouse and showed us the lay of the land. She explained to us how blocks are processed and the key information of what to look for when making selections, asked for our project date, bathroom vs kitchen etc. She was very polite and walked with us a bit until we felt confident we could browse around on our own and she reminded us she would check on us. Which she actually did! Other warehouse took us out and left us with no return. While in the warehouse, we had interactions with Quentin, he works in the warehouse and was so polite.
Checkout. When checking out Liliana made a copy of our selections and answered questions while Jahaira was assisting another family. Kristina and Liliana were able to answer any questions we had from our selection process and were even able to tell us information about stones we had seen online. The team just simply flowed. We felt like we could speak to any of the team and everyone would be on the same page, we never felt confused or that we got contradicting information which is a struggle we experienced at one place down the road.
Overall Francini has the best selection, service, and attitude amongst everyone. They outshine their competitors and we wish our fabricator would have only sent us to them. We feel like we wasted our time with the others, Thank you Francini for making the stress of building a house actually enjoyable. Top...
Read moreAfter almost 14 years in my house, I made the decision to update my kitchen. During the planning phase, I visited numerous granite distributors to get to know different types of granite. At my first distributor, I discovered River White granite and really wanted it leathered; the leathering is done at the quarry before it goes to the distributors. The company I started with didn't have any in stock and really made no effort to help me find some (despite having multiple locations in their business.
I arrived at Francini on President's Day and was immediately greeted by James. I told him what I was looking for and said he didn't have any in stock, but he offered me some alternatives that are from the same quarry as River White called Thunder White (in addition to exploring their HUGE site). He showed me a few options that were good, but not exactly what I wanted to enhance my kitchen. James chatted with me to understand exactly what I wanted (white/bright) and said he would be in touch.
The NEXT morning, I had an email from James stating he had just approved a container of 49 slabs of Thunder White with a photo that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. It was much better than anything I had seen in all of my distributor visits. James had 14 slabs leathered from the container, so I could select exactly what I wanted.
James kept in touch throughout the entire process (and even after) to keep me in the loop and know the current status and ETA for my granite (it takes time to get from the quarry in India to the US). When the slabs finally arrived, James let me know as soon as they were ready for me to come out to select the slabs for my kitchen. While I was there, I opted to double check to make sure I didn't want the polished version of these slabs, but I stuck with leathered because it just made me smile!
Besides being helpful and accommodating, James went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have been telling people about James and Francini since the day I went to visit because I have been so pleased with the entire experience. I would suggest Francini (and James) to anyone who is looking to upgrade to...
Read moreFrancini Inc. Marble & Granite has an amazing selection of beautiful slabs! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were all so friendly and engaging. I was welcomed warmly and offered warm cookies and beverages before my associate Kris took me into the impressive showroom. She completely explained everything and told me which aisles the particular stone I was looking for, granite, was located. We discussed the color tones I was looking for and she pointed several out and then I was free to browse at my leisure. I was given a clipboard to notate my selections with name and lot number to be sent to my designer for pricing. The different grades of granite have different color tags which differentiate between low to extremely exotic helping me to stay within my budget. Even after I made my selections I spent an hour browsing the other slabs of marble, quartz and quartzite because it was such a treat to be surrounded by so much beauty. I highly recommend that you visit them for any of your stone slab related needs. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN...
