This place is absolutely amazing. My husband and I picked up new furniture from them on Saturday. When we got it home, we noticed some tears on the fabric and also realized the couch would not fit in our house. When I called that same day, I spoke to CJ and he was so kind and apologetic. I know it was not the store’s fault because they had to order the furniture from somewhere so probably between the shipping process something happened. CJ told us we could return it and get our money back. He was so wonderful. Once we had the recliner set up, it wouldn’t shut properly so when I called today and spoke to another lady (I should have gotten her name) in the furniture department, she was also extremely apologetic and said we could return that as well. When we got there to return the items, the men loaded everything out of the trailer and they were also extremely kind. They gave us a full refund without any hassle. This experience of not getting our furniture was not ideal; however, the fact that the customer service was amazing, we will definitely come back. It was not Richard’s fault that our furniture was not right. If you ever have the chance to go to this place, do it! They have a great selection and the prices are so reasonable. Read moreLike most other discount stores, some of the prices at Richard's are excellent, and some are a tad high. They carry a large selection of artificial flowers, and a good variety of lawn and garden items. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, not one of the employees was wearing a mask, there is no type of barrier between the customer and the cashier, and people were crowded about the check out area. The carts were given a cursory wipe down, but there are no wipes or sanitizer available for the customers to use. Because of the lackadaisical response to the pandemic displayed at Richard's, I will not be going back in the foreseeable future.

Read moreNormally everything is great when I shop there but but I was in there July 4th and cashed out my purchase at 2:05 pm and as I'm finishing up paying for my purchase my son is behind me and starts to put his items on the counter. The cashier just walks away and starts doing something else like she had no plans to ring him up. Lucky there was a cashier on another register who told him she'd ring him up. If it hadn't of been for one particular item that he really wanted he would have just walked out of the store and never bought anything, I know she had to know he was there cause she could see he was putting his items on the counter when she was finishing up with me I don't know what her problem was but this was very unprofessional.
