Purchased delux Ameristep blind chair received late when originally ordered so I only used it a few times last season firearm deer in Michigan. This year used it opening morning no problems. Packed out for lunch went out for the evening hunt opened the chair and the bolt in the arm broke making it unusable.kinda messed the hunt.took 5 or 6 days to respond asking for my purchase number.which I used the Purchased confirmation email from originally purchasing.then took 4 more days to respond with a refund after I send it back.Beware of online purchases.missed out using it after payment the first season for slow shipping then had poor quality wreck second season. Poor quality on Ameristep.Super poor quality on seller SLOW SHIPPING SLOW RESPONSE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The one positive was fast processing of payment.Will junk the chair waste no more time...

When I arrived at the store, 2 people were walking out of the store and told me they couldn’t get anyone to help them. I ignored it, and continued inside. They were right. The people behind the desk seemed annoyed that I was there in the store bothering them.

Selection was awesome. Sucks too, because I’d like to go back and support the local folks, but I don’t feel like having an employee be mad at me for simply trying to spend money...
