Previously pleasant experiences at Jackpot were erased when we attempted to sell an item. Over the phone the owner was interested but upon arrival his employee acted as if we were keeping her from something she'd rather be doing. She gave us a ridiculous lowball offer that we accepted because we're having a hard time financially. Upon moving the item into the store she informed us with a smirk that the offer wasn't good anymore.

Not only was it a waste of time, her attitude was horrible. After leaving the store, the owner called. He told me yesterday he'd be there this morning and he wasn't. Then he went into a tirade about me being unprofessional. Not showing up for a scheduled meeting and having an intermediary with a bad attitude handling your business is very unprofessional.

Not sure what's changed in the past few months at Jackpot but I would steer clear of this place. Guess that's why the parking lot is always empty lately. His parting comment was never call him or set foot in the store again. Not a problem. And I'll tell others...

Let me tell you about the guy that owns this business . I live in Washington State and my mom needed a microwave oven and a TV . Without me even asking he asked me where she lived I told him he Delivered it to her put them where she wanted them and made my mother a very happy woman ! The man is also a God fearing Christian that is not like the other owners of a business that would probably have taken advantage of certain situations . I have come here twice looking for a window air conditioner. First time was a week ago when I saw an ad and got here 3 hours later. I was told the cheaper ones had been sold. They advertised getting more in today, so I called before heading down and a gentleman said they had a few left. When I got there the woman working showed me one in the back with no knows and wanted to charge me more than what they advertised . Most everything in there is more than it would cost new.
