Weigel's — Local services in Knoxville

I signed up for the loyalty rewards over a month ago and have collected to date over 2300 points. I was told how easy the app was to redeem points for items but after numerous tries it fails every time. This loyalty card is a joke and is totally worthless. Here it is 3 weeks later and I try redeeming points at the pump to save 10 cents and the only way you can redeem points is to have a checking account on file. Come on weigels if you make customers put in their checking account information to just save 10 cents on gas then your loyalty rewards is a joke!!!!!! Called corporate and talked to the owners son. Won’t mention names but even he couldn’t answer basic questions about how to help me. Was finally told that the problem had been fixed so I went and tried it again but again no luck. Bottom line is weigels rewards is ridiculous and laughable. Sorry reflection on a once great company. Even when the family members of the owners of the company fail to help you because of their lack of knowledge. Came in on 12/11 and tried to purchase a Celsius drink. Was told on the app that it was free with rewards. Registered my number and everything and yet it didn’t ring up. Cashier was very rude and refused to help me. What good is the app if you can’t use rewards?? Absolutely worthless customer...

I love coming here love the staff there is one that seems to not like her job she wasn't wearing a name tag so I asked one of the girls her name cause she had an attitude when taking my order. I work in food service and having artificial nails isn't sanitary and isn't allowed this girls is very long I don't know why they would let her have them if they knew how unsanitary it is. I was in a few weeks ago and one of the girls was very upset with her because she walked out of the kitchen leaving the other girl to fill the orders by herself. Come to find out after standing in line she walked out to talk to a guy when she came back in the girl confronted her about it. The girl said this wasn't the first time she had done this. She should not have done that people like her is going to chase...

I am a frequent Weigles customer, I will usually search out Weigel‘s locations over others. This particular location I visit probably about once a week. The staff is nice enough, but the property is usually in disarray. The garbage cans are usually full there’s usually litter all over the parking lot and around the pumps area, And the windshield cleaning container that has a squeegee is always empty and there’s garbage at the bottom of the tank.

I feel more attention needs to be dedicated to the outside of the property. I don’t feel that this location is being maintained to the higher standard that I’ve come to expect...
