I had a wonderful experience at UMI the Stone Source in Beltsville. Erin, who helped me on my first visit, was everything a great salesperson should be—courteous, caring, and incredibly informative. She took the time to truly understand my project. Her sincerity and attention to detail stood out, and even after our project was on hold for nearly a year, she remembered our initial visit and picked up right where we left off. That kind of personal attention is rare and so appreciated! On our second visit, Quinn also helped us and was equally professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff and a large warehouse. They had more stone options than most of the other stone distributors we have visited. They also have a very nice lobby and water and coffee available for visitors. They sent our stone options to our fabricator before we made it home.
