The freezers break down often at the Kingston store. Corporate takes their good old time to properly repair them. It's not the employees fault and yet they have to hear all the complaints. If you try calling the store to find out if the freezers are up and running . . . Good luck, they never answer the phones! Some of the same section of freezers have been out for 5 days or more. Standing in line as a checkout lady with the name tag michelle proceeds to hold up the line forever, making everyone uncomfortable as she yells at customers. I was uncomfortable, my daughter was uncomfortable, and I'm sure everyone else in the line waiting was as well. Today was one of my top worst experience with a worker named 'Michelle'. She yelled at the customers in front of me which was very awkward to listen to. I would never treat a customer like that.
