Edited to reflect recent service and food! 2 years ago:I love love the food here. Chicken tortilla soup, home made tenders. Great staff. And now march 8th 2022 Ordered today a $6O order here's my classic Skillet, I flipped over the top part of cheese it was supposed to have bacon in it and it had no bacon and one cut up sausage link apparently I inconvenienced them with my order even though I tipped them12$. And when she was going to go double check with the cook why I don't know because I know what was in the skillet when I got it. I took a picture of it, she then had hung up on me.... I used to order from here three times a week now it's gotten sparse and I'm just done ordering all together. I recieved no tortilla chips or cheese with my soup that I asked for on the side and no bacon in my Skillet and one cut up sausage link, fantastic! To top it off instead of Emily being nice to my child that picked it up. She said "what are you doing up here all snotty" I bragged about this place to my friends. Haha and burnt onion rings! Yummy!

I had a good time here! Great food! A little village with a big heart! They start you with chips and salsa, which the salsa was really good! I had the carnita tacos, they were really good! The pork was moist but also crisp on the edges! The tamales were real good as well. The only thing was the wait time for the food, they seemed real busy so I'm not mad or annoyed by that. But was also told that waitress lost her ticket book so that may have something to do with the wait time but again not terribly long either. We ordered a side of queso dip with our chips and the queso wasn't great. It tasted kind of bland. The dish came with rice and refried beans, the beans had nice flavor and so did the rice but I wish the rice a little more warmer than they were. The rice seemed to be room temp, I'm not annoyed with that either just a personal preference. Overall I really enjoyed the experience of food and people! I recommend this place for sure!

For a rist time visit, I would say it was a decent experience! I had the shrimp bowl (added the black beans) and a carnita taco. The taco was so tasty! The meat was tender, and full of flavor. I enjoyed the shrimp bowl. The shrimp had a delicious flavor with a hint of spice, however, I did notice a fair amount of the rice was a little.. hard. I did feel like the shrimp bowl was a little in the salty side, as well. It wasn't intolerable, but noticeable. The restaurant itself was nice and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress who assisted us helped in deciding what I should order as a first time customer!

The food was good but the steak should be steak, not whatever it was. Also, it should be sliced or cut at least 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Wish I would have taken a picture since I am sure it was like cube steak which fajitas should never be made with. A few more onions would be nice and not the part with the outer skin on. The tortillas were spot on. Rice had a funky taste, and the beans were mildly warm. The sour cream from Diary, whatever is a low standard sour cream, and one that is very substandard. Salsa had no flavor and had cilantro in there but not chopped and stringy long peices. Huge chunks of tomato which unknown if canned in salsa. Asked for hot sauce was provided with hot salsa, which I was able to minimally add to the unflavored salsa that was provided as it was ground peppers and seeds that only tasted hot not flavorful or spicy. The condiments on the table were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Maybe the 2 women who were not waiting tables could have got some hot soapy water and wiped them down. The saving grace was the waitress who was spot on courteous. She was...
