Went in to get a ring resized. The display cabinets were empty, there was a dog in the shop, the Walking Dead was playing on TV loudly, and the man behind the table was playing a computer game. He barely looked up at us when we came in. Very unfriendly, no smiling the whole time. He simply took the ring that I had wanted to get resized without a word, then brought a bunch of rings over for me to find my size. Instead of giving the sizer to me, he gruffly told me to hold out my hand while he selected the rings and put them on my finger. When I tried to do it myself, he responded shortly to just hold still. Finally, he priced my 10K gold ring with a cubic zirconia at $119 to resize (down), and said it would take him four days to do it. The ring is not even worth that much, not to mention that he didn’t appear to be busy whatsoever playing a computer game at work. Definitely will not be coming back, and felt like others should know what kind of experience this...

I called this business to inquire about sizing a ring. He was very rude and his exact words when I asked a simple question was..."I don't have a magic wand". I have not, and most certainly will not, use his services. There is no excuse for rudeness...especially when you are running a business. I guess he didn't get the memo that Oldham County is suppose to be the "Kind Capitol". Being courteous is not...

I give this place 5+ stars! I chose this store because of their reviews. I had 3 pieces that needed repairs and was ready to just drop them off. Much to my surprise, he repaired all 3 right on the spot! And it only took about 15-20 minutes. He (the owner, I presume) was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this store and come back with any future...
