TLC Garden Center — Local services in La Harpe

We purchased over $1000.00 worth of plants and shrubs, at the checkout the store calculated the amount of "Mike's" fertilizer that we need for the plants we purchased. We then paid an extra delivery fee to have everything delivered in a covered trailer to protect our purchase. They delivered the next morning with everything in the back of a pickup. I was driving a truck at the time of purchase, we decided on the extra $40 delivery to help protect our plants. The fertilizer we purchased was suppose to give or plants a 5 year warranty. 3 months later a $42 shrub dies and we take a picture and our receipt to get a replacement and are told we didn't purchase enough fertilizer for the amount of plants we bought. The store calculated the amount of fertilizer the day we bought the plants. So we paid $40 for deliver we didn't get, then spent $36 on fertilizer that was suppose to warranty our purchase, we were then charged $82 to get the exact same plant that we bought for $42 three months before. The only reason we bought the replacement from them was it was a match to the other side of our porch and we couldn't find one anywhere else. That will be our last purchase from this store, they don't care about their customers, only about the money. They won't get any...

Huge selection, staff was very helpful. The entire Garden has healthy well care for plants. Bought a HoneyCrisp Apple tree with great branches and already flowering. Also got 2 more Blackberry plants for my garden. Every plant I have ever purchased from them does great‼️ Including my 3 year old Granny Apple 🍏 & my Santa Rosa Plum tree. I would give them 10 stars...

Hands down the best garden center we've ever been to. Best pricing and customer service in the 4 state area.
