Was at this site for two months then Clayton decided he would only let us stay another week once he had harassed the females and said that we were causing havoc which we had not. He would not say anything once the husband's got home I would not advise staying at this site at all. He was more worried about having spots for those calling than for those already here. He gets drunk and forgets conversations and accuses for none communication when actual arrangements have been made. Not a man of his word. Read moreWe have loved our stay at Jayhawker. The rv park is very clean and the owner is very helpful and friendly. We've never had issues while staying here and we loved having the walking trails in the back of the property to explore. The owners also do a great job of helping everyone winterize and prepare for bad weather. I don't understand other people's reviews about the road noise. There are trees that line the property so it mutes a lot of the noise. If you don't want any noise, don't pick an RV park next to a road. Seems common sense. PROs: a) Although gravel, is clean, quiet (except for highway noise) b) Park is well maintained c) The owner, Clayton, is amazing! Not only did he assist us in parking but offered us material to help skirt our RV in preparation for the teen degree weather coming up (Since we are only here a few weeks, decided to tough it out). Owner has helped several in the park skirt their RVs. d) Propane fill station across the highway...within walking distance.
