Had the extraordinary good fortune to learn, for the first time, what "CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER" really means :) I mean - for some businesses - this would be a far-overreaching title for a Client Manager or Sales Director - but NATALY is as extraordinary as the Office Furnishings PIVOT supplies to executives, staff, or work-from-home'ers willing to spend appropriately for THAT PERFECT, magic CHAIR that will get you thru 6-10 hour work days without needing a chiropractor or shiatsu to feel great while WORKING. I was btw referred to PIVOT by the good folk at Herman Miller Beverly Hills - who - while they DID have EXACTLY what I was looking for - AND who were offering CyberWeek deals - STILL compassionately suggested I give the folk at PIVOT a call because THEY SELL SOME OF THE SAME FURNISHINGS... but for a bit LESS. (WHAT BUSINESS DOES THAT THESE DAYS?? It was a ploy in "MIRACLE ON 34th STREET', Gimbles sending folk to Macy's if they could get a better deal elsewhere - I mean - THAT'S CLASS!) Anyway - I was after a few calls and some internal communicating connected with NATALY, who graciously got to work not only locating the EXACT model, color, style, and size I was looking for - BUT went above and beyond with photos, updates, and EVEN digging thru the Showroom to see if she could find what I was looking for "Brand New But Out Of The Box'!! SO... instead of paying upward of $1100 for the ergonomically, 12-year-warranty, gorgeous Office Chair of my dreams... I had the option to purchase the SAME piece for a slight discount for around $800 (not bad!! $300 saved!)... OR only $350 if I got the Showroom Model without Warranty !! Being a 'long-game' kinda gal, I went for the Warranty (if you throw it down a few flights of stairs, spill hot coffee and stain it, lean backwards too far and bend or break something that's indestructible thru sheer stupidity :) - THEY'LL REPLACE IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!). Because, LIFE. OH - they EVEN have a chair SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR GAMERS. Lots of them, in fact. Gorgeous, upscale confections that support every part of Game Play and Twitching and Streaming - unreal!! But to get back to the point: ANYONE needing a new Office Chair for yourself, your staff, your kids, your mom who is 70 and could use some extra back-saving support, your college grad now working from home, your spouse too stubborn to take care of themselves properly while working 10-hour-days - CALL NATALY. CALL PIVOT. Explain what you're looking for, what you're hoping to spend, and get busy being HAPPY to sit down at your workstation/gameplay central/computer kiosk/desk... or just plain old table! P.S. They also made purchasing super easy - thank you to account specialist ELLEN for the extra TLC saving me 3% credit card fee with a work-around that made everyone happy. THANK YOU NATALY and Herman Miller. MUST CALL.
