Faith is amazing! I walked into Faiths store as a last ditch effort to find answers on a product I recently purchased elsewhere as a gift. I wanted to actually know if and how the product worked before I gave it.

Neither the seller or manufacturer of the items could probably answer my questions. I was amazed when the manager Faith knew exactly what was wrong before I finished my question! And she was correct!!

Then I went out on a limb and asked about a product I did not have with me. It was an unusual item and for me, hard to describe. 3 descriptive words and she pulled it right up on her phone and answered my questions on that product too!

Just bought a puffco and right out of the box it doesn't work was told by the owner that i should contact the warranty department for puffco . Said that he cant refund my money . What a joke thats bad business!! I wouldn't of bought it if i knew it didnt work it was sealed in plastic. Try this refund my money and you deal with puffco and there wonderful service department conceding you already do business with them by selling...
