Had a package delivered to me by fedex, like most packages I watch the tracking closely the tracking package was said to arrive on friday but it never arrived no big deal things get delayed. I received an email on Saturday saying that there was no one to sign so they didn't drop the package and there was a slip on my door with instructions on how to set a pick it up low and behold no slip. Monday comes around another email saying the same thing once again no slip this time I call the 1800 number even though I didn't have the slip number. The person on the phone was vary polite but her English wasn't the best no big deal I tried to be clear as possible but in the end couldn't quite figure out how to get my package. Later that day I drove down to the Gilford fedex and asked if they knew how I can get my package the woman behind the counter just said to call the 1800 number I told her I had a hard time communicating on the phone and would rather figure it out in person because I had a hard time understanding the person on the phone due to the language barrier she told me we all need to work together and be more tolerant of people I asked her how do people receive packages that they have to sign for If they are at work she just replied with "I have no problem getting packages" then low and behold Tuesday the package arrived no need to sign. Went back and forth with FedEx as soon as I learned the problem but was unable to provide the number they needed so they could deliver it, went back and forth with them a couple of times, and in the end I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way. I'd care a lot less if I had enough spent $40 on shipping to try to get it before the long weekend, instead I got it a week and a half later when I was finally able to make it over to get it. Now I have to return the items because they weren't here in time. The lady in the office told me "at least it was only 20 minutes"... yea, one way , because I love paying $40 for the privilege of driving 40 minutes after spending that...

But the 1 star review comes from FedEx as a whole, my package was 5 days late and then never marked delivered, when you call the customer service number everyone is so rude and they do nothing to help you resolve your problem. I spoke to over 10 representatives and they were all jerks including one supervisor. I asked for partial reimbursement for the cost of shipping and they wouldn't even entertain my Sking after they delivered package late. Although everyone at Gilford office was great I will never, ever ship with FedEx again, it was the most horrible...
