Regional Homes — Local services in Lacy Lakeview

We purchased our double wide from Regional Homes – Waco and moved in around September. Since then, we’ve had repeated issues with the quality of the home. Doors don’t close properly, cracks that were previously patched are now reappearing, the molding is coming off the walls, and several areas of the floor feel sloped or uneven. What’s frustrating is that many of these problems were supposedly repaired once, but they’re already needing repair again.

We’ve also had a disappointing experience when it comes to professionalism and customer service. Communication has been inconsistent, and follow-through on repairs has not met expectations for a new home. We made a major investment expecting reliability and accountability — but we’re left feeling frustrated and let down.

Thank you Reginal Homes for responding to my review. Unfortunately, I am unable to respond as a comment. I’ve already reached out — multiple times. I let both the salesman and another team member know, and specifically asked to speak with the sales manager. I was told he was in a meeting and would call me afterward, but I never received that call. You have my number and my concerns, yet no one has followed up.

At this point, I’m not just looking for a generic reply — I’m looking for real action and accountability. I would still appreciate a prompt and direct response from someone who can actually resolve...

Great place, and great people to do business with. We had a minor hiccup due to some logistical issues but Walt, the general manager managed to get everything taken care of and help us get everything resolved. Claudia and Walt both have gone above and beyond to help us with the purchase and install of our new home and the contractors they work with in regards to their install and setup, Tim, Micheal, and Tara have all been extremely helpful and addressed any concerns or issues we have come across. They have all been great to work with. The sales side was never pushy and Claudia took her time with us as spent about 3-4 hours looking at homes and trying to decide what route we wanted to go and she never made us feel rushed or annoyed with us. As I said, Walt has been fantastic and helpful every step of the way.
