• UPDATE 05/08/2023 * Spoke to owner (Jon) -- a true professional who listened, and addressed the issue to our complete satisfaction. It's refreshing to see such great customer service, and it has restored our faith in Cycles R Us. We still won't use their service, but they will definitely have our parts business. Service (Mike) verbally estimated $97 to bleed front brakes... maybe more depending upon what they found. He could/would not provide a written estimate. He calls later and says it's done at $360. What??? Why no call to authorize 3.5 times the verbal estimate??? Also did work that was not authorized, and when questioned why, he insisted that we did ask for this extra work -- crazy. We were only asking for a quote. After repeatedly having to remind Mike to keep the discussion civil, and challenging the extra work, Mike agreed to remove some cost, but not before he was unnecessarily rude, condescending, and demeaning. Starting off I went to cycles r us on a day their pull apart warehouse was closed. BRAIN was a life saver. I had a track day at mid Ohio the next day and I needed a rear brake master cylinder for my gsxr 750. I did not have the part with me but Brian went and found 2 two master cylinders that we measured and determined would not fit.
