I had never been here before and so I decided to drive over an hour waste my time to check it out. When I got there I was over charged and I took the receipt inside and the people working agreed to the amount that I was over charged I asked for a refund on my card because I wasn’t local and the chances of me coming back anytime soon was slim and gave in store credit (which can’t be used online) until they could contact their owner of the store to give me a refund. I let a few days go by and I reached back out and they said they owed me half of what was agreed on and what was on my gift certificate (in store credit) then what employees working said I was over charged, then they said if I ripped up my gift card they would refund me the half amount that was agreed on and I ripped up the in store credit and sent them a photo like they asked and I still did not get my money back. It’s been over a month and I’ve had no refund at all. I never post reviews but I think this is poor management and does not look good, I personally am disappointed in how this situation has been handled. My girls love shopping at 615 my autistic daughter bought the wrong zodiac sign so I had them return it literally 2 minutes after she had got it and they gave her an in store credit . I think it should be said and posted before purchasing anything that they do not offer refund just store credit .
