i recently seen the blond boy video he did about the boudin there so i drove down to try it. there was like 2 guys behind the counter in the meat department. i ordered a couple of links and i asked one of them if they cut the boudin for the customer he immediately said we dont cut boudin "in this not so friendly voice" that was a first for me being a native of acadiana everywhere else i been cut the boudin. the 2 guys wasn't friendly at all no ppl / customer skills. definitely a weird unfriendly environment the cashier was just eyeing people down that came in no speaking nothing. the boudin is spicy i love spice its worth going back for but the workers is definitely not worth...

the appearance of the inside/outside of the establishment needs serious updating Food menu needs updating or try new meals They've been having the same meals on there for quite sometime More lighting in the establishment Introduce more than just turkey, chicken,need,pork Need some fish and shrimp also to be added Add a delivery service for the severe elderly or disabled

Been coming/going there since the 80s, idk if Mr Alvin is still connected with the store but anyway, it has been a while since I've been. Last time I went, it was for boudin and idk if my taste buds just cant handle it anymore but, the hot, was way too hot for me to enjoy 😔 however, went by today for cowboy stew and when I tell you I had to call and let them know how good it was and if it's only on Thurs they serve it, that's what I had to do😋 its thee bomb.
