I love this store. It's small but packs a good selection of brands (local, generic, and national). The fresh meat case is second-to-none.

My only "irk", is I wish that the smell of deep-fry grease could be eradicated from the ventilation system. I know that's impossible to do as they fix fresh lunches every day and have been doing so for decades (and they taste awesome and are super cheap, and unlike McDonald's... they fill you up.)

I used to come here ALL the time and loved it but the new girl they just hired at Hometown Foods that was working when i have came by a couple of times with the red hair is so disrespectful and had such an attitude to me. She put my food into the bag aggressively and didn't smile at me once. She had an attitude on her and did not look happy to be there. 0/10 for customer service from me. Do better...

Omg!!! This place and I'm not kidding have the best hot lunches in town lil old ladies make the breakfast and lunch and let me tell ya it's top notch breakfast and lunch and they give you big portions.. please please go there try it you won't regret it I promise .. plus it home cooked food where can you get a whole plate of home cooked food for $5 nowhere .....
