Everyone is great, even when having a bad day. There are lots of negative reviews here, and most of the complaints I've read seem to be from ignorance and miscommunication. My experience has always been good. The staff are very busy and work within the confines set forth by FDA, CMS, insurance guidelines, and physican orders. Fee has always been very direct. Amy is very good at multi-tasking, Ruby and Justin know the meds and the regulations but also have clinical insight into symptom management, drug interactions, and side effects. They are all very determined to help their customers, and at the end of the day, middle or beginning, they are humans who are making an honest living. Pharmacists actually have a doctorate, its the initials right behind their name. And maybe the "white coats they don't deserve to wear" are covering the sweat stains from an emotionally charged environment dealing with disgruntled, sick, worried patients and family members who, during their own limited perspective lash out at the very people trying to help them.

Read moreThe past year I've had so much trouble with Walgreens. Not just locally but travel also. I've been over charged and don't even get me started on mobile photos. I've been using this since 2017 and loved it. Now, NOT so much. It's been a TOTAL nightmare. I mention when I started using it to show I'm very familiar with it. Been trying since Saturday. It is now THURSDAY. THE system was down with no notification I literally drove to the store only for the employee to say" I don't know let me ask the manager" as I stood and waited. She came back and said oh its down. You'd think a manager would tell the emoyees. After I FINALLY submitted the order, on Wednesday I checked my email ashen I thought it should be ready for pick up only to get. Oh snap this wasn't submitted ughhhh. Yes it was AND confirmed. Today tried again and guess what it kicked me out when I was three fourths done. I'll be using another service. Thank goodness...

They first said my daughter script wasnt there 2 days ago then today I said ive called her dr its been in .and she said oh well its not covered so we didnt tell you . Like my kid should sit in pain because you decide WTH !!! Then she was loud enough for my husband to her her talking about our prescription all the way by body wash and then she was acting like we were misusing a pain medication for my 16 yr old daughter who just had her tonsils out . Literally loud and said well it is a C2 narcotic and the insurance decides who gets it and who doesn't. Then when I asked how much she said it's 110 looking at me like I can't afford it . They have always offered us discount cards when we come in and she said oh well you need to bring one in we can't help you with one .
