Due to lack of follow up or resolution from CVS customer service… as expressed on the last call for 2nd case opened on the matter…
To CVS- I’ve already called, followed up & opened a 2nd case after being told no further action is necessary. So, no more - I’ve lost time, money- So no. I will not follow up or waste additional time. The store is run by inept employees w/o power to assist a customer.
4/8/25 I purchased a hair dye kit from CVS with the intent of utilizing it at a later date. On 7/15/25 I opened the hair dye kit to find that it's contents had been stolen/replaced. Upon closer inspection it was revealed that the box had been re sealed at the bottom. At approx. 1850 on 7/15/25 I went to CVS pharmacy store# 05172 located in Lake Butler Fl- & attempted to address the situation with the clerk, name unknown,(male, Caucasian, approx 5/10, light brown hair, appearing to be in his 20's). As I could not initially provide a receipt, I was told no action could be taken. I remembered the receipts location and retrieved it. The clerk continued to deny the return/ exchange now based on the date of purchase and stated that only a manager could approve it and that one would not be present until the following day. I uttered a mild insult in aggravation and began to depart the store. Before I could depart a seccond employee, name unknown (female, Caucasian, brown hair) began to reprimanded me for her comment and repeatedly yell "god bless you" as I attempted to exit the store. It is note worthy that I do NOT identify with a religion that would grant such speech nor have any desire to be impacted by the religious ideations of others. Additionally I was in possession of a wallet and purse that was plainly visible to both clerks that would idicate such. I contacted CVS by phone the following day, reaching someone who identified themselves as a manager by the name of Andrea(declined to provide last name) and was told that the product could be returned at any CVS. When I attempted to address the behavior of the clerks and I perceived as religious persecution/oppression, Andrea declined to address the situation, simply stating that it was a "serious allegation". This exchange has caused me a great deal of distress. Below is a simplified list of grievances I wish to be investigated/addressed:
I just dont understand the attitude of the girls that work at cvs. Someone needs to explain to them it's easier to be nice to a customer than so nasty. When I was younger the store clerks were always pleasant. I just came to drive thru to pick up my husband's testeroin. There is no excuse to be so nasty to a customer. Because this is an on going thing with lake butler cvs I am going to have everything transferred to publix. They are expected to be courteous at publix.i looked at the reviews on the website thinking maybe it's just me but it isn't. Losing my business won't hurt you any but over time it will effect your company. People are tired of the attitude.everyone I have spoke to agrees with me. I dont know the girls name nor do i want to single 1 person out because its basically the whole store except for cheryl she is always professional. Nothing will change I just...
Read moreI needed help with a question about a newer medication I have been taking and the pharmacist was very helpful and throughly explained to me. The techs are great at this location as well. One of them has been a long time employee and always has a smile no matter how busy they are and greets me. They may be short staffed at time like most all places are anymore but they try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Several of my children take very important medications that are needed to live and they do their best to get these in on time and if I do have a issue with insurance or time of getting these, I go in and they help. I do think the new answer phone system is stressful for customers and maybe for employees but I realize that is not something they have control...
