C&C is the worst. I have bought a lot of appliances from here and the service is the worst I am happy that I have 1 warranty left and they still can't get it right. Here is how it will go: you buy a warranty, the the product breaks then you call, then they come out when they want(not convenient for you the customer), then they tell you they have to order the part(they have no PARTS!!!) then the parts come 5-10 days then the service man(aka Parts Changer comes)but will come at their convenience, I took off the whole day because they didn't call to set up a time till 5 in the after noon. Please don't buy their bull. Stay away!!! go some where else. I am reporting them to the BB. They do not service the products they sell, they only change parts, they will not clean hoses or anything that requires it to be called a service.

Since the owner would rather have a conversation here instead over the phone and lie I will accommodate you. I did make a request of when to call and come by. A service agreement is meant for cleaning. Your guys are just parts changers that's it. You are not accredited by the BBB not that you ever stated that I think people should just know before dealing with you. As far a parts you should have some sort warehouses where you can get the part part. I bought lots products from C&C but since you took over you give us poor service and you sell off your service nobody should buy anything from you. Recently bought a front load washing machine from C&C & we're very pleased w our purchase. The associate was very knowledgeable about the products offered & patiently answered all of my many questions. We've only used top load washers in the past, but decided to try a front load one this time, hoping it'll last longer and with less issues than the top load variety. We were replacing a Samsung washer that barely lasted 2yrs, & it's the first time we didn't add an extended warranty on a major appliance. The associate explained the features on several of the washing machines that we were considering. We decided on the GE front load that has the microban seals that helps prevent mold & mildew issues, & it has a reservoir for the detergent so it uses the appropriate amount of detergent for each load. It also has a venting system to help eliminate excess water after the wash. All we do is add our clothes to the tub, select setting, & push start. It literally only takes one minute to put a load of laundry on to wash. It's Fantastic!!! The clothes are clean, & don't take forever to dry either. We chose C&C bc we've heard such good things about them & they're a local business w local owners. We were also impressed by the prompt repairs made on a family member’s appliance.
