Guac Amigos Tex Mex Grill — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Holy smokes! This place is delicious. I was working nearby and remembered hearing about this place a few weeks ago. I walked in to this gas station and there it was, straight ahead. Guac Amigos. I took a quick look at the menu and decided I wanted to try their carne asada burrito. The kind lady working got out a huge tortilla and placed it on the flat top grill to warm it up for me and then started loading it with my meat of choice. I then asked for their cilantro rice (very delicious), cheese, pico, lettuce, and their salsa verde. This burrito was huge and they told me some people get theirs even more loaded than mine! the burrito bowls are SO good and fresh!!! ak and mya are the sweetest ever, they're wonderful conversationalists, and their customer service skills are unbeatable. there was another guy there i think his name was nargis and when we were in the way of where he was trying to stock he was very polite and pleasant about it. you can tell everyone loves their jobs and they present themselves suitably for the environment and the job being done. everyone is well put together, well mannered, and friendly. i'm going to destroy this burrito bowl. First time ordering..... the staff was AMAZING!!!! The food.......also AMAZING!!! We had never ordered before and the ladies were so accommodating to give taste tests and help us find what we were craving. We just moved here from TX and we were looking for a Chipotle alternative.
