Corona Deals Furniture and Mattress Liquidation — Local services in Lake Elsinore

Horrible experience with horrible people. Bought 2 couches last Saturday that were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday latest Wednesday, well it is now Friday and I have been given the run around. Called Tuesday and was told they were delivering in San Diego and couldn’t not deliver that day, was told they would be delivered Wednesday by 6pm. Called multiple times Wednesday to ensure delivery was going to be made that day and all times they agreed. Wednesday evening at around 6pm (mind you they close at 7pm) we get a call that one couch is complete and the other they cannot find the cushions (mind you on date of purchase we were told these two couches were in stock). They told us they would send pictures of alternative cushions if not we had to wait till Thursday to get the couches with the original cushions. We were very upset but still let it slide until Thursday. We have now pushed our things to do until Thursday afternoon because we were told they would be delivered Thursday morning as soon as they opened and went to pick up the original cushions. Thursday noon, still no call or anything so we called and Moses “uncle” said they do not do deliveries on Tuesday nor Wednesday nor thursday until Fridays, so we were lied to. Thursday at 5pm we had to call and that they could not get the original cushions and they will send pictures of alternative cushions to chose from but they will not be delivering them until Friday. It’s Friday now 1pm. No call, we get a call from the delivery people that they are in their way but one couch is incomplete; without cushions. How is this ok? So my husband called and they blocked his number or something because it goes straight to voicemail, I have called and they do not answer, honestly the worse place ever with horrible...

Felt compelled to give this place a 5 star rave review after the flawless experience we just had with them. My husband found Corona Deals Furniture on Offer Up of all places. I was sure it was a scam.. But he was on a hunt to upgrade our couch to a new leather sofa so he persisted and they called him right back. Makda in the office sent us real time photos of the couch we were interested in. It was such a good deal - we decided to take a chance and pull the trigger after they agreed to deliver to the west San Fernando Valley (for a reasonable fee) the very next day! Makda was super clear and efficient at communicating everything over the phone. They only asked for $100 deposit, which we felt comfortable with and was more than fair considering the distance they were delivering the next day.

The next morning Anthony our driver showed up early, a little before our delivery window and gave a heads up letting us know. He was professional and courteous and took great care of our new leather sofa moving it. We paid the balance once he was done helping us unwrap and set up, he even helped us move our old sofa out. He was wonderful.

I don't understand anything less than a five star review for this place. We got a $6k leather sofa, brand new, for a third of the price you would pay at the high end department stores. I will be telling all my friends about them and plan to call them again when it's time to upgrade my mattress. Thank you Corona Deals, you've got some more...
