Ethika — Local services in Lake Forest

I made a purchase on cyber Monday, I never received my order. Ethika told me to contact UPS to begin a claim and call them back with the claim number. I have done that whole lengthy process and I cannot get a person on the phone from this company at the number listed, not have I gotten an email response other than the auto response that says someone will contact you. It has been over ten attempts to reach them by phone, 3 emails and now ups said that they never received my package from the shipper to begin with. UPS said they sent their claim form over to Ethika but has not gotten any communication or what they need to process the claim. I expected better communication and at this point I have filed a complaint with the BBB because I still have not received my merchandise nor my refund. I ordered five pairs of underwear online the end of August and was sent the wrong order. Out of five, only one was the correct size. Since then, I’ve wasted weeks going back and forth with customer service over chat and phone. I thought it was resolved, but when I asked for an exchange, they tried to charge me more. Even though my receipt clearly shows every pair was the same price.

Their mistake, yet they refused to fix it. I finally had to request a refund and will be sending the order back tracked just to protect myself. Absolutely unbelievable. The customer service agents hands are tied, they are aware of the issues and are unable to due anything about it. The process is exhausting, and the company clearly does not value its customers.

I will never shop with Ethika again, and I strongly caution others to think twice...

The customer service was beyond disappointing. I highly recommend reading the fine print before purchasing those $100 gift cards for $60, as they are not redeemable for sale items. It's ridiculous that you can't even purchase during a sale. And as for the exchange, the lack of response is unacceptable. I hope they get back to me soon with a resolution.
