The Forest Needle — Local services in Lake Forest

This needlepoint shop used to be great. But I have had things out for finishing since February and no one can tell me when they will be finished. I am told they will call me back with status and they never do. I don’t understand how it is so hard for them to get an actual date - even estimated - from the finisher. At this point I am wondering if my projects have been lost or damaged. An honest attempt to provide me information would be appreciated, but it has yet to happen. So disappointed with the service integrity.

I have changed my review to 3 stars to reflect this, as well as because the shop has an outstanding canvas and fiber selection. I had such a lovely experience here today! I walked in knowing nothing about needlepoint but wanting to learn. Everyone was super helpful-especially one woman (whose name I regretfully can’t remember) but was the mother and grandmother to many there. She walked me through everything and was a great teacher and sat with me for as long as I was able to stay-I wish I was able to stay longer but look forward...
