The system requires me to rate a “1”, but we are providing our “0” feedback publicly to help others avoid being adversely affected by this company’s, lack of integrity and effective service.
Upon moving here 3 years ago, it was the first time we needed to use a lake fed pump to support our yard irrigation system. Over this time, Green Oasis’ service scheduling system/process was horrible, the techs did not diligently ensure all of our heads were working properly and walked on our unstable hillside (instead of using the deck stairs right next to where they walked) adversely affecting it’s integrity, and finally their installation this Spring resulted in a huge gaping hole in the side of our sugar sand hill for which they took no responsibility and wouldn’t even come out to inspect.
The serious aforementioned damage to our hillside was the final straw for us. When we called to report how the pipe coming up from the lake—which they “professionally” installed—had broken apart causing the gaping hole in our hillside, we specifically asked to speak with a manager because we knew the severity of the issue would require leadership’s attention.
The manager would not take any responsibility for their inability to effectively install the failed pipe connection. The conversation was so frustrating we decided our only option was to find another more reputable and reliable company, which we now have in Rain Master.
We will never use Green Oasis’ services again—not only because of their poor quality work, but especially because their management lacks the integrity and commitment to providing quality and reliable services which are essential to maintaining the value of a customer’s property.
We highly recommend working with Rain Master for any of your lawn irrigation needs. Unlike Green Oasis, they will promptly, effectively, personably, and very professionally meet your needs, and they stand behind their work!
9/6/23 Update - subsequent to company response.
Our hillside did not “wash out.” A hole was dug into it from the water released by the disconnected pipe you incorrectly installed.
And a technician never came back out to inspect the damage from the disconnected pipe. Your customer service manager told us that you were not responsible for the poorly connected pipe and would not provide us with any assistance.
The new company assessed your previous workmanship and determined it was faulty.
If you would like to call me on my cell phone to further discuss this situation with honesty and sincerity, please do. Otherwise, please do not lie in your response to make it seem like your service was not poor.
You should realize that providing poor service will result in this type of review and if you wanted to truly do what was right, you would offer to fix our hillside as we initially requested you to do.
9/7/23 Update - subsequent to another and new response to my last update as of yesterday.
We have lived here for over three years. We have never had any washout issues until the pipe your technicians installed broke loose because of the faulty installation.
As I mentioned in my update yesterday, if you would like to discuss this, you can call me on my cell phone. I am not reaching out to your company for any other reason than to hold you accountable for the poor service you provided and your leadership’s unwillingness to take responsibility and work with us toward a fair resolution.
Since you deleted your previous response, unfortunately, the public cannot see how you are changing your story in an attempt to make it look like you have no responsibility for the poor service you provided. Since you are unwilling to take responsibility, we will continue to hold you accountable publicly for this situation until you acknowledge and take responsibility for your failure to provide good service.

Read moreThis company is not responsive at all. We had great service from them in the past and thought we would have the same experience - not even close. On the positive side, the service technicians are very thorough and listen. They are professional and take the time to understand the customer's problem and requests. However, the scheduling and office management seems to have many challenges. We requested a quote to add a couple of zones to our irrigation system as well as change the configuration. The technician came out and did an on-site visit, marking and flagging what needed to be done. We requested a quote both through the technician and then with a phone call to the office. They confirmed we would get a quote. A couple weeks went by and we received a call that installation was scheduled and the technicians would be out in a week. We told them we had not received a quote yet but would be happy to review one prior to the installation date. The response was that they would provide a quote immediately. On the day that installation was scheduled we still did not have a quote and the technicians never showed. Again we called them and were told that they cancelled the installation - but failed to let us know. Again, we requested a quote with the hope that we could get the work rescheduled and get a quote. Now, two weeks later, and several phone calls later, we still have no quote for the installation, the flags are still in our yard, and we now have decided that the hassle with this company is just not worth it. Read moreI moved back to the Eau Claire area about 6 months ago. Previously I had a great company to help my with my lawn maintenance / Landscaping. Didn't think I could find a better one here in the Chippewa Valley. Turns out I was wrong, Green Oasis is a real pleasure to work with. They have multiple ways to contact them. They are always on time. They're prices are reasonable. They are very professional/nice on the phone, and I have talked to many of their service representatives. I can give them a call and have them come and do a lawn fertilizer application. (If you buy the good fertilizer, and take in account your time to do it is about the same as their price.) I can also go on their website and do it right there, and pay for it right there! I can set up a schedule for them to come all summer long. When they are coming they send a text message to let you know. I was so impressed with them with these services that I am going to have them design and build some major landscaping projects on my property. I can't list all the good things about them here.
