The beef jerky I bought today was awesome, a bit more salty than I like but then everything is loaded with salt now. The smoke you guys got on that jerky is "OUT OF THIS WORLD." I've never tasted smoke like that on anything I've ever bought, not even from Sokup's or the old Gutknechts, and many other places I've bought meat or had meat processed.

I have a feeling you guys are going to do very well and prosper and I can only pass on my good experience by word of mouth.

I've made my own brats, sausage, smoked brisket with an expensive smoker and it tastes nothing like yours. Bought all of the expensive grinders, sausage stuffers, etc...which was fun to try but since I've now found you I may retire the equipment or sell it and drive to your store.

If you need quality and competitive priced fresh meat this is definitely the place to go. Fresh and delicious tasting beef roasts and ground beef as well as other offerings such as brats, summer sausage, snack sticks etc. We have favorites like the ground beef and steak but they have so much to offer its hard to try it all! Definitely recommend them especially when you're greeted by friendly people and top service behind the counter, they aim to please and make sure you're happy with your choices. Wonderful meats and fair priced. The beef sticks are awesome they have a smoky flavor that surpasses other butcher shops in the Eau Claire/ Chippewa areas. Amazing flavor. The same goes for their wieners. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I have to rely on my wife telling me about sales etc. They are posted on Facebook which I don’t use.
