Lake Mary Sports Complex — Local services in Lake Mary

The absolute worse batting cages and staff I have ever met. They advertise that they are open until 8pm, and I even confirmed this with a lady on the phone named Christian, but 4 trips in a row now, with not a cloud in sight, they were closed at 6PM already with no signs or staff there. When I did finally come during the day, half the machines were not working, they don't take cards or have an atm so bring cash, and the machine constantly would drop the ball before it pitched it losing your pitches. When I informed the lady running the stand, she said it happens all the time. I asked if I could get an extra coin to make up for all of the machine jams, and she asked me how they are supposed to make money if they just gave coins away for free. I lost 32 pitches which is equal to paying two rounds! When I asked for a supervisor she lied and said she was the only person in charge of the complex. Well taken care of sports complex, I just hope they reinstall the batting cages which they just recently tore down! They also need more water fountains as well, that's definitely a HUGE negative.
