Trestle Station — Local services in Lake Stevens

I’m here for the burritos… as a blue collar worker, a lot of my meals are take and go. it’s nice to have a good hearty breakfast burrito in the morning on my way to work so one of the best things about burritos is that it’s very convenient. It’s quick, simple and easy to eat while you’re on the go. However these burritos are the exact opposite. Wrapped so tight with Saran Wrap it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to open on the go, (also take that I’m larger than your average man but felt like a little old lady trying to open a stuck pickle jar) then by the time you do get to wherever you have time to eat it’s so soggy from being in the plastic for so long so they are anything BUT convenient. I would say they have almost no protein to filler ration which makes them pretty much all carbs like you might as well just eat a baked potato for breakfast. It feels like they just take all the ingredients and mix it into a bowl before wrapping it in the tortilla so its more like a breakfast mush yet the employees boasted about how good they were… a shame at best. If you were to take the ingredients of your breakfast bowls (witch surprisingly has an overwhelming protein to filler with it being almost all protien), and wrapped them into the burritos then completely ditched the locked soggy coffin of safety plastic it comes in then you would have the best breakfast wraps in the area… thank you...

I have been going here almost every single day for over a year now and tonight I had to make a late night stop (2am) for cigarettes and the lady working working was so rude I left there offended and upset and will think twice before ever going back. I have seen her before and she has always been pretty rude and has horrible customer service skills but tonight was the first time I've ever had any kind of conversation with her and she made it personal and was so nasty with her words I don't know why she would ever be given a job where she has to interact with people. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and I would never allow someone that rude to represent my business. I even thought for a second that a camera crew might come out and tell me is was some kind of bad joke! It was an older lady and I believe her name is Tina. I try not to let people like that get to me but she was one of the rudest people I've ever met. And like I said ..it wasn't like she was just having a bad night. She has been rude every single time I have gone in there when she was working. I was even in line behind a lady a few days ago that was complaining about...

I call Brad Last week to let him know that the staff were wearing their mask as chin guards are not at all. I stop in for the usual B & G around 3:30 am on 7/8/2020. The guy work at the register was the most anti social unfriendly person I have ever witnessed in a customer service capacity!!!! We stop by this morning 07/11/2020 and the same person that I had called Brad about last was once again wearing her mask as a chin guard. If you are looking for customer service you should probly drive down the road to Tom Thumb because people at the trestle station are unqualified, unprofessional and unfriendly. I think I will stop and there every day just to take a picture of the staff not abiding by the Washington State governors guidelines for a safe washington. I wish Google would allow you to give minus numbers because the trestle station probly deserves a -2. The only reason that place is busy is because of its location in the lack of competition.
