Would not recommend this place. One star because I am forced to. Wanted someone with experience doing extensions. They turned us to Skylar. We talked and decided to go with a plan to do some extensions. I asked about wavy extensions and she agreed that would work best. After install, we learned that she was not as experienced as we thought. We had to return a week later to have the extensions taken out and reinstalled, to where we Tori basically did on the job training with Skylar. The hair was then cut, and they cut out the wave. Two days later we had to go back. Tori's idea of a fix was to cut even more hair out and throw some product in the hair to bring the curl back. There is no bringing curl back when its cut off. Did Tori take responsibility for it? NO. She blamed us for the hair and made us feel like we did something wrong. She spoke unprofessionally to us while on speaker doing someone's hair in front of the whole salon. We have talked to Covet and Mane, whom is willing to work something out, but they refuse to work with us or take our calls. we spent over $1200 at this salon for what can only be described as a wig look. And the blame was put on us, not the professions at this salon. All I can offer you is Good Luck if you go here. I learned my lesson. Stay away from Wasted...
