Dollar General — Local services in Lake View

I use to brag about this store. I live 10 minutes away from it and would rather drive to Carroll which is 30 minutes away from my home. The freight is always blocking the aisles and is never put away. The lack of items on the shelf is ridiculous. Only having 1 clerk available to checkout customers ( and the clerk was so slow I stood in line for 30 minutes with 4 items) . I will drive to Walmart cause it would take just as long to wait in line and atleast at Walmart I know they will have what I need. I really like having this DG store close. It's well organized, newer and cleaner than others I've been. Selection is good and staff is helpful. Corporate needs to get it together and make the online buying experience better. I couldn't find a way to apply my coupons I selected to my cart at check out. That's the main reason I shop at DG is because of the coupon deals if not they are not always necessarily inexpensive. Their new app is nice as you can scan barcodes to check prices plus add up your cart with a budget as you shop.
