Soak’d — Restaurant in Lake View

When we came here tonight I was excited to get the taste of their food. Never got in. We did have eight people in our group and understood the 30 minute wait. But after 30 minutes we went in and saw two tables for four , in which I think they should have put together for us because we waited past the 30 minutes. They just kept getting other people in. They need to change how the Handel things. Plus saw a six year old girl passing out pizza and the mom saying go to that table. Which was outside. I don’t think six year olds should be working in such atmosphere where there is alcohol served. I also thing they need to watch the waitlist was well. Also when waiting a waitress came by and asked us if we wanted water while we wait, and she never showed up. Disappointment and worst...

We were so excited to come and try Soak'd and WOW! It really blew us away. The server Tristin was SO nice and happy to help us. We ordered 5 different kinds of pizza's, wings (so unique, almost tastes like pork, really good) and we ordered the cheeseballs which are a MUST! I have never had cheeseballs like that in my life and their ranch is divine! Everything was so clean and beautiful as well. Pricing was on point. They were super busy, however we got seated quickly and only took maybe 10 minutes to get our food after we placed our order! We were shocked over the speed of service. Soak'd Lake View offered an absolutely fantastic experience! We were immediately impressed by the cool setup and vibrant atmosphere—the place truly looks amazing. Our server, Tristin, was an absolute standout. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and consistently pleasant, truly enhancing our visit. To top it off, our food was really delicious and arrived incredibly fast! We were genuinely surprised how quickly our meals appeared, letting us fully enjoy the company and ambiance.
