Dollar General — Local services in Lakeland

This store is absolutely HORRID. Terrible customer service. Disgusting and rude management. I requested help over the phone one time during an emergency and was met with a rude employee who raised their voice at me after a request and a manager that nonchalantly blew me off after I asked for said manager. I requested District Managers number and was denied which being a former Dollar General employee I know what I can and can’t request and receive. Tammy and Angela were incredibly rude. They had stocked items on the wrong spot and I was incorrectly charged due to it I noticed on the receipt before even leaving the register and immediately asked for a refund. She refused to refund me cash even tho I paid part cash part card for the transaction.
